General Description
This sample collector applies to the dry solid powder materials, such as the raw cement and the cement. It can operate continuous sampling or discontinuous sampling automatically, the sampling amount and the sampling time and place can be adjusted stochastically. According to the different demands of different factories and laboratories, we can provide different types of the sample collectors, and the storage casks also have the fixed type and the unfixed type.
Working Theory
This sample collector applies the transmission theory of the helical reamer, through the coupling to connect the decelerate motor and the helical reamer. Through the material inception hole incept a part of the materials (as the sample) to the material inception duct, and through the helical reamer push the sample to the driving end, and to the storage cask.
Applies the intelligent control of SCM (single-chip microcomputer), gets rid of the leavings before sampling each time, to assure the novelty and the representativeness of samples.

The introductions of electrical control are shown in control schematic diagram, arrangements and wiring diagrams of faceplate and cabinet, parts and components list.
The mechanism part is shown as below:
Inception hole is in the leading end of inception duct which extending into the elephant trunk. The powders pass through the inception hole to the inception duct, then through the connection tube to the storage cask.
The double ends of connection tube are fixed on the descending meatus of sample collector and entrance of storage cask by Pipe hoop.
Fixation flange is welded on the wall of elephant trunk, connecting the actuator by holding screw, for fixing the actuator.
The storage cask is fixed on site with bracket: to take out sample, turn the handle withershins, take powder out of the bucket, put the bucket back and turn the handle back to its original position.
